the SPA offered a therapeutic hot stone massage treatment. Bronwyn was experienced. i felt deep relaxation after this. the grounds are perfect, AND the grand entrance is enchanting.
the TV in the room was too small for the distance from the beds.

the hotel offered a good choice of places to eat. leisure facilities such as a pool, sauna, and gym were available. the grounds outside were suitable for a short stroll.
the hotel felt cold in the public rooms. i had to wait a long time for coffee to be served in the library. the atrium wasn't open to the public during the day because they had a conference.

the grounds were beautiful, the hotel provided a good size room with a bath. the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely. one of the bars was also quite cosy.
the room could be better. rooms could do with some modernisation and there just seems to be a general lack of tlc. paint was peeling off the windows and the wardrobe handle was hanging off. the tv wasn't level on the wall.

I had such a fab time here! breakfast was seriously tasty. So many choices! i took a lovely swim. The spa in the morning set me up for the day. room 56 was awesome. Super spacious and really quiet. I slept so well!
the lack of air conditioning made it a tad warm. i think some fans could help!
