I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is beautifully decorated for the season, and the food was fantastic. The staff were excellent, always trying to provide a positive experience. However, the steam room was very disappointing and did not match the standards of the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.
